The Grand Strand’s ORIGINAL Oyster Roast and Bloody Mary Contest is BACK – at a new location!!!

That’s right … the 6th Annual Surfrider Oyster Roast & Bloody Mary Contest is moving to The Wicked Tuna on the waterfront in Murrells Inlet, home of the Lip Rippin’ Chilympics Chili Cook-off!

Join us Sunday February 17th for a full day of Live Music, All-U-Can-Eat Oysters, Local Craft Brews, Vendors, Food Trucks, and some of the best Bloody Marys on the beach sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Fetzer Wine, and New South Brewing – the Beer from Here!

Sample Bloody Marys from local families, clubs, businesses, and restaurants with a variety of recipes and garnishes. Show your ID, buy tickets for 3oz samples from 11am-5pm, and cast your vote for this year’s People’s Choice Award! Participants will receive a souvenir Surfrider tasting glass.

All-U-Can-Eat Oysters are just $25 from 11am-5pm steamed hot and fresh! Bring your own oyster knives/gloves or purchase them for just $3. Please, remember to separate your trash and oyster shells as all shells will be collected by South Carolina DNR and used to replenish local oyster beds.
